Please use it with the side without the KINTO logo facing up.Be careful not to use the handle upside down, as it may scratch the enamelware.Do not use the handle during cooking.Do not place near open flames. Do not soak in water. Clean the surface with dry or tightly wrung out dishcloth after use. Avoid direct sunlight, dry well after use and store in a dry place.
